NEW AND RENOVATED TOMSBARBERSHOP LOCATED AT OLD LOCATION. My name is Emma Weekes! I’ve been doing hair for more than seven years and specialize in men’s cuts! I’ve worked at several jobs in the past that have improved my education on barbering.. and am happy to say I’m now running Toms Barber shop on (101 north Bowdish rd Spokane Valley Washington) My goal is to find you a cut that works best for you! (Straight razor neck shave included) I’m a hard worker with the motivation to help you get the cut you are looking for! Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you happen to be late for your appointment I give you a 15 minute grace period, but will charge a fee as well if your later than 15 minutes
